The Croatian National Tourist Board has launched a new certification program for travel advisors in North America, coinciding with unprecedented air travel access to the country for summer 2025. The initiative, called the “Croatia Full of Life Certificate,” aims to provide travel professionals with comprehensive knowledge about Croatia's tourism offerings.

The program comes as Croatia experiences record connectivity with 122 direct flights from 42 countries scheduled for 2025, making the destination increasingly accessible to international travelers.

"We are thrilled to introduce this certification as a way to support travel advisors in promoting Croatia as a year-round destination," said Leila Kresic-Juric, director of the Croatian National Tourist Board in North America. "By deepening their knowledge, advisors can inspire travelers with authentic, customized itineraries that showcase Croatia's unique charm beyond its well-known highlights."

Participating travel advisors will attend five themed webinars covering Croatia's attractions, emerging destinations, luxury accommodations, sustainable tourism efforts and lesser-known experiences. After completing an online quiz, successful participants will receive official Croatia Full of Life Specialist certification.

The webinar series will explore different regions including Zagreb and Central Croatia with a focus on culture and arts; Istria and Kvarner, highlighting food, wine and golf; Zadar and Lika, featuring outdoor activities and multigenerational travel options; Central Dalmatia and Dubrovnik, showcasing island hopping and weddings; and Slavonia, emphasizing rural tourism and health travel opportunities.

The certification program is offered at no cost, with special incentives available for early registrants and top performers.
