Have clients who want to escape for the holidays in favor of some indulgence? Following are five hotel packages that will surely set the holiday mood and inspire plenty of cheer.

Book 1 Hotel for Thanksgiving With a View
Clients can soak in unparalleled views of the balloons, floats and performers in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from their hotel window when booking the Thanksgiving Parade and Buffet package at 1 Hotel Central park, an eco-hotel with a nature-focused design in the heart of New York City. Located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and 58th street, the hotel offers guests the perfect, crowd-free spot to watch the iconic parade; a Thanksgiving buffet breakfast for two at Jams restaurant; and a Tesla drop-off to prime holiday shopping spots in Manhattan within 15 blocks of the hotel. Those who book the package must reserve a minimum of two nights (including the night of Nov. 24). A late checkout at 4 p.m. will also be available.

Watch Santa Skydive in Mexico
Forget the sleigh — this year, Santa Claus is opting for a parachute to transport him from the North Pole. On Christmas morning, guests staying at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, a luxury resort in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, will have the opportunity to watch Santa and his elves “skydive” onto Las Cuevas Beach as a part of the resort’s Santa Skydive program. After St. Nick and his crew have safely landed, they will join resort guests for a holiday party that will include a traditional pinata, seasonal treats and gifts. The property will also host other holiday-themed activities, available from Dec. 17, 2016, to Jan. 1, 2017, such as a New Year’s Eve Mex-chic Pueblo Magico celebration on the beach; cooking classes; arts and crafts; and outdoor activities.

Suite decor will include placement of the infamous “leg lamp” and amenities such as “bunny suite” robes, a “decoder ring,” Lifebouy soap and more. The package must be booked at least three days in advance. Confirmed guests will also receive a discount on tickets for the Cleveland Play House’s production of the well-known tale.

Spread Holiday Cheer in Chicago
Chicago’s palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, is gearing up for the holidays by offering several seasonal programs between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. In addition to offering daily holiday-themed choir performances and seasonal holiday tea service in the lobby, the historic hotel will host “National Brownie Day” on Dec. 8, where guests can savor the sweet treat while celebrating its 1893 invention within the hotel. Menus will feature twists on the classic dessert, and brownie bites will be made available to guests throughout the day. Then, on Dec. 17, guests can partake in “TubaChristmas Musical Merriment,” when nearly 400 tuba players will gather in the property’s Grand Ballroom to perform Christmas-themed music. Finally, Palmer House guests who spend New Year’s Eve at the Windy City property will have access to several party rooms and dance floors, live performances and more.

Walk in the Hollywood Christmas Parade
Clients staying at The Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles can now be more than just spectators at the annual Hollywood Christmas Parade on Nov. 27. Hotel guests will be able to participate in the celebration by joining hotel staff for a 3 ½-mile walk along Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street. As they walk, guests will be “wrangling” elf and lollipop balloon characters. The 85th annual parade will be telecast and will feature live performances. The hotel’s Hollywood Christmas Parade Package begins at $139 per night.
