This year will be a year of expansion for Anantara, starting with the company’s 17th property, the newly opened Anantara Mui Ne Resort & Spa in Vietnam. Located 198 kilometers northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne is a quaint fishing village with many opportunities for relaxation or land and sea adventures. Ambitious hikers may also be interested in Ta Cu Mountain, which features small paths through primeval forest and past historic pagodas on the way to the summit. A cable car also runs along the pathway for an easier way to enjoy the views.

Guests can experience the rhythm of coastal life in the village while watching fishing boats set off on and return from daily voyages. Boats can also be hired for leisurely trips across the fresh water White Lake Bau Trang, or guest may want to enjoy the forest and mountain scenery from the shore with a picnic alongside the lake. For further relaxation, Anantara Spa offers an extensive menu inspired by lotus flowers and the nourishment of coconuts.
