Thailand’s newest five-star beach resort, the Sheraton Hua Hin
Resort & Spa, has arrived. The hotel has expanded the Sheraton
brand’s portfolio, and now offers a resort property in one of the
world’s most enticing vacation destinations.
Nestled on the Gulf of Siam, Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa
offers deluxe accommodations, ocean views and a location in Hua Hin
Thailand’s premier beach community owned by Grande Asset
Development Public Company Limited.
The resort aims to offer warm, personalized service and
comforting amenities.
“Blending old world charm with modern comforts, the Sheraton Hua
Hin Resort & Spa is a choice addition to the Sheraton resort
portfolio,” said Wayne Buckingham, regional vice president,
Starwood Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. “As Thailand’s oldest,
most prestigious beach town and the home of the summer palace for
Thailand’s royal family, the historic fishing village of Hua Hin is
now an exclusive vacation retreat for Bangkok’s elite, offering
visitors a variety of peaks, caves and waterfalls, as well as a
wide selection of top-notch seafood restaurants, adventure
excursions and golf courses.”
The property features wood tones and warm, bright colors
characteristic of modern Thai design. The 240 rooms of the resort
are in nine buildings that surround a lagoon-style swimming
pool.
All deluxe guestrooms offer a private garden, balcony or direct
access to the pool, as well as the signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper
Bed, a 32” LCD television and a spacious bathroom with full-length
mirrors, separate bathtub and shower.
The resort’s 12 suites are located closes to the beach and
overlook the Gulf of Siam, with 37” plasma televisions, DVD
players, walk-in closets with silk bathrobes and Bvlgari bathroom
amenities.
Wireless high-speed Internet access is also available throughout
the resort.
Five restaurants and bars are on site, serving meals from
Pan-Asian cuisine to international items.
Over 2,600 feet of meeting and function space are also offered
by the resort for events from meetings to wedding receptions of up
to 500 guests. Additional facilites include a fitness center, two
tennis courts, a kid’s club and the Aspadeva Spa, as well as
proximity to golf courses.
Activities available around the resort in Hua Hin include
elephant riding, diving, snorkeling and fishing trips.
