Travel Advisor Perks From Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas

It’s a given that most resorts in the Caribbean desire to work more closely with travel advisors. Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All Inclusive is in the select group of resorts that puts this desire into action: The adults-only, all-inclusive resort recently introduced a variety of perks for advisors.

“Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas’ first step with enhancing travel advisor incentives was increasing commissions across the board for advisors,” said Benjamin Davis, general manager of the hotel.

Travel agents receive 20% commission for reservations made with the resort’s Best Flexible Rate; 15% commission for special promotional, seasonal wedding and honeymoon packages as well as day and night passes; and 10% commission on reservations using special government, military, AARP, AAA and senior traveler rates for clients ages 65 and over.

“The second step was the launch earlier last month of the WPIB Travel Agents Incentive Program, providing eligible retail travel professionals with monetary incentives of up to $65 per booking on top of regular commissions,” Davis said.

To take advantage of the WPIB Travel Agents Incentive Program, agents must first complete the WPIB Specialist training with the resort’s sales team. The program is open to travel professionals with a valid IATA, TRUE or CLIA number who complete the registration form, which is available by emailing [email protected]. Once registered, agents will be contacted by a member of the sales department to conduct the training. After completion, they’ll be provided with a personalized form to log all bookings that are a minimum of three nights.

Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas also has all-inclusive Travel Advisor Appreciation Rates. These start at $280 per room, per night, two-night minimum stay for double occupancy, from now through Dec. 15, 2019. Advisors traveling through this time frame can book up to two rooms at the agent rate as long as one person among the two rooms is a certified travel agent. During their stay, agents will receive a bonus perk of a complimentary classic manicure or pedicure at the resort’s Amber Spa. These rates vary according to travel dates and room category, and are subject to blackout dates and availability.

The 250-room, four-star property is situated along Nassau Harbour and is about a 30-minute drive from Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport. Guests can enjoy a white-sand harbor beach, five dining venues, two bars, a fitness center and Amber Spa.

Cabbage Beach is a 10-minute walk away and has dining and shopping nearby. As part of Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas’ all-inclusive vacation, guests can take advantage of the resort’s “Cabbage Beach Excursion,” which provides transportation to the beach along with beach service that includes beverages, light lunch, a beach umbrella and sun chairs.

Note

When booking the Travel Advisor Appreciation Rates, agents must use promotional code: TAFR through the hotel’s website, GDS system or by calling 1-888-645-5550. A valid IATA or CLIA number is required.

Agents with questions can reach out to Tonesha Smith, sales manager of Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas at [email protected] and 242-363-2560.
