The Caribbean is an idyllic place for vacationing with friends and family. Groups looking for privacy and luxury while enjoying time together can find some especially attractive options, thanks to the increasing number of villas, multi-bedroom suites and full-property buyouts now available.

Whether it’s a relaxed getaway, family reunion or celebration, these accommodations lure groups with luxurious amenities, natural beauty and uncrowded settings. Here are 12 standouts around the Caribbean, including several new options.

Briland Club, Bahamas

Located just off the coast of Eleuthera Island on Harbour Island, Briland Club features two-bedroom “cottages” that offer waterfront views and, in some cases, private plunge pools. Guests also have easy access to a beach and water activities at the marina.

Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Puerto Rico

This sumptuous 50-acre resort on Puerto Rico’s northern coast offers full buyouts of its 96 suites and residences. More intimate groups may opt for the five-bedroom, two-story East Villa, which has a private infinity pool, seven bathrooms, living and dining rooms, a full kitchen, a laundry room and a golf cart. Spa treatments at the expansive spa, as well as golf outings and nature excursions, are among the indulgences awaiting groups here.

Laughing Waters, Barbados

With 12 bedrooms spread among three buildings at its Sandy Lane Estate, Laughing Waters is a decidedly elegant oasis for groups, with its own staff of butlers, housekeepers and chefs ready to serve — as well as a private gym, two offices, a luxury SUV and a cinema with a 145-inch screen. Guests also have access to the nearby resort and entry to a members-only beach club.

Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour, St. Kitts

Tucked into a beautiful corner of the island of St. Kitts, Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour is home to the Park Reserve Collection, a group of five-, six- and nine-bedroom complexes that offer features such as rooftop plunge pools. The property also recently finished renovations to its three-bedroom presidential villa, a two-story, 5,280-square-foot building with a game room and a private infinity pool.

The Reserve at Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos

Beach Enclave’s recently completed The Reserve at Grace Bay is well-positioned for private group getaways. Full property buyouts are available for up to 42 guests, with lots of on-site amenities, including tennis and pickleball courts, a putting green, a fitness center and an outdoor game lounge for bocce ball and cornhole. Each villa offers use of non-motorized equipment including paddleboards, kayaks and snorkeling gear.

Opened in 2025 in South Caicos, Salterra is part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection. Accommodation options include a 2,800-square-foot penthouse and two-bedroom suites, and full resort buyouts are available for the property’s 100 oceanfront accommodations.
