Russo takes a hot-air balloon tour in Cappadocia |
ASTA president Chris Russo attended a media trip to Turkey, the destination for ASTA’s International Destination Expo (IDE). During the trip, Russo and a select group of journalists took in some of the sights and experiences that agents will partake in when attending IDE. The group took in such notable sights as the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar and more in Istanbul before heading to the historic region of Cappadocia where they viewed the fairy chimneys in the Goreme National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a hot-air balloon ride.
