Agroup of agents from across the U.S. participated in a February
fam trip through Ya’lla Tours USA. The journey was designed
specifically for agents planning to organize church group travel to
the Holy Land.
The tour began with two nights in Tel Aviv, then traveled north
for two nights in the Galilee and culminated with five nights in
Jerusalem.

Disney Destinations promotes SvendsenKenneth Svendsen has been named senior vice president, worldwide
travel operations for Disney Destinations. Svendsen is now
responsible for resort reservations travel operations for
Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong
Disneyland.
“Kenneth is an outstanding leader and a talented resource broker
who leverages the Walt Disney Park & Resorts organization while
balancing the unique characteristics of each of the individual
sites he oversees,” noted Randy A. Garfield, CTC, executive vice

Svendsen is a 19-year veteran of the travel and hospitality
industry.
Tourism Vancouver Adds New Sales AssociateTourism Vancouver’s Leisure Travel department has welcomed Cindy
Wang to the position of sales associate, Travel Trade, Asia
Pacific.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Cindy brings five
years of sales and marketing experience in both inbound and
outbound travel, to her new position. Cindy has a strong sales and
customer service record, and has been recognized by previous
employers for her excellence in the workplace.
Prior to joining Tourism Vancouver, Cindy was with Limojet Gold
Limousine Service for five years in the position of sales and
marketing coordinator. Cindy also worked as a travel consultant for
Sears Travel and as an interpreter/translator for BDC Venture
Capital.
