The sales and marketing department of Cruise West has undergone significant changes as of late, enabling the company to create a new position, vice president of guest experience.

Michael Thomas, a veteran of the cruise industry, takes the newly created title, after serving as director of entertainment and cruise programs for nine of Celebrity Cruises’ ships.
