Mark DeCocinis joins Kerzner International Holdings Limited as the president and chief operating officer of One&Only Resorts. Decocinis will lead the development of the brand, which includes the oversight of all future developments and operational success of all existing resorts.

DeCocinis has 25 years of luxury hospitality experience where he recently was the executive vice president of Shangri-La International Hotel Management. Previous employers also include The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
