Collette Vacations welcomed its newest addition, Kelly Nevins, as director of tour management. Nevins will be responsible for tour manager performance and the enhancement of the on-tour customer experience, as well as building organizational efficiencies, recruiting, training and scheduling.
"I am very excited to have Kelly onboard as she comes to us with strong strategic, communication and training skills," said Paula Twidale, executive vice president of Collette Vacations. "Her experience in consumer relations and nonprofit work will certainly prove valuable in our customer-centric company."
Nevins was most recently a manager of community relations and outreach at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan.
