Oceania Cruises has appointed travel industry veteran Scott Kluesner as vice president of key accounts, a recently created position within the company. His responsibilities include developing and executing effective marketing plans for a portfolio of North American-based business partners.
Kluesner began working at Intrav/Clipper Cruise Line and throughout his 15 year stint with the company, served as an account executive, the director of operations, the vice president of marketing, the vice president of sales and later, as the international travel director.
Kluesner was also the regional director of sales and national accounts for industry leader Classic Vacations. There, he was responsible for sales strategy execution and growth of retail travel agencies.
