Thomas Pauly has accepted the position of general manager for The Kahala Hotel & Resort.

Pauly, who is originally from Germany, has more than 20 years of executive experience overseeing both branded and independent resorts, as well as corporate hotels on several continents. He has held management positions with InterContinental Hotels Group, Grupo Real, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and others.
