Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills has announced the appointment of Vanessa Williams to the dual position of hotel manager and director of sales and marketing. Williams returns to the hotel after five years in Hong Kong, where she played a key role in the renovation and relaunch of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
"I have a great love for Raffles L’Ermitage and Beverly Hills and am so fortunate to be home again. This is a great city for both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to working with my team to provide the highest level of personalized service," said Williams.
In addition to serving as director of sales and marketing at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Williams served as director of marketing for the InterContinental Hong Kong. From 1999-2004, she served as director of sales and marketing at Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.
