Royal Caribbean Commits to the West

Nov 22, 2008

Radiance of the Seas // (c) Royal Caribbean International
Radiance of the Seas

Royal Caribbean International has announced new Mexican Riviera itineraries for the 2009/10 winter and spring seasons. Radiance of the Seas will extend its season out of San Diego, offering 24 Mexican Riviera sailings from four to 12 nights and nine- and 10-day West Coast cruises. Radiance’s previously planned South American cruises during this period are being cancelled. In addition, the February 2009 arrival of Mariner at its new year-round homeport of Los Angeles underlines the company’s commitment to the West Coast.

Guests holding individual or group reservations on Radiance of the Seas’ previously scheduled South America cruises will be offered the option to rebook on the ship’s sailings through Feb. 1 and from Feb. 28 through April 26, in South America. Guests who rebook will receive onboard credits of $200 per standard stateroom and $400 per suite. Agents will receive a $50 bonus commission per stateroom when rebooking clients on one of these sailings.

Guests and agents with affected bookings are being contacted, and a toll-free number has been established at 888-281-9344.
