Holland America Line (HAL), upon relocating its sister brand Seabourn to Seattle, Wash., has expanded the responsibilities of Linda Springmann. As the company’s vice president of Alaska Tour Marketing and sales, Springmann oversees marketing for the Alaska Cruise Tour program and will now additionally handle worldwide deployment planning for both Holland America Line and Seabourn.
Springmann was appointed vice present in August 2007 and has more than 20 years of cruise industry experience up her sleeve. Previously, she held a directorial position with North America and Caribbean marketing for HAL, and prior to that, served as a product manager. She was also the former director of market planning at both Princess Cruises and Gray Line Alaska. As a Washington resident, Springmann currently holds a position on the board of the Seattle Aquarium.
