Guestrooms Nearly 150 agents attended the
Taiwan Tourism Board’s “Feast of Taiwan”
event in Los Angeles.
The Taiwan Tourism Board hosted nearly 150 travel professionals from the greater Los Angeles area to kick off a new campaign, “Feast of Taiwan,” promoting interest among North American travelers to visit Taiwan.

The event, which took place at the Sheraton Delfina Hotel in Santa Monica, Calif., showcased Taiwan, its rich culture and appealing cuisines with Taiwanese dancers, video exhibitions of must-see sights in Taiwan and cooking from chief chef Anna Wu, owner of the Class 302 restaurant in Rowland Heights, Calif. Executives representing two prominent airlines with ties to Taiwan, EVA Air and China Airlines, highlighted the event with raffle prizes, and 10 lucky winners won roundtrip tickets from LAX to Taipei.
