That’s So L.A.

At the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Los Angeles City Council members met with L.A. Inc., The Los Angeles Convention & Visitors Bureau, to promote its new marketing campaign. The campaign, called That’s So L.A., is designed to attract visitors to top local landmarks and expand the region’s tourism industry.

"Tourism is the lifeblood of our economy, and we cannot afford to let the benefits of this industry stop flowing to the heart of our city," Villaraigosa said. "This campaign is [Los Angeles’] latest blockbuster hit."
