Travel Impressions has appointed industry veteran Bob Lawrence to the dual roles of senior director, Caribbean destination, and American Express Vacations product key linkage. Lawrence joins Travel Impressions with more than 30 years of travel industry experience, with a concentration in marketing the Caribbean region. Most recently, Lawrence was regional vice president of Caribbean product at LibGo Travel.
In his new posts, Lawrence will report to Paul Zar, the vice president of Caribbean destination, managed brands and airline/car relations as well as Francesca Bonavita, the executive vice president and general manager of American Express Vacations. Lawrence will serve as liaison for American Express Vacations with all Travel Impressions destination teams. His key responsibilities will include promotion development, management of supplier relations and promotion of destinations in addition to supporting the American Express Vacations customer.
