Air New Zealand and Tourism Queensland recently hosted a group of Travelsavers Canada agents on a nine-day fam trip through Queensland, Australia.
The agents, guided by Glen Desylva from Air New Zealand and Cathie Lewis-Hardy, vice president of marketing at Travelsavers Canada, visited a koala sanctuary, the Australia Zoo, rainforest habitats, Cape Tribulation and an Aboriginal culture center. Other highlights from the trip included a tree-top gondola ride, an overnight ride on the Sundowner train and diving on the Great Barrier Reef.
“The trip was absolutely fantastic,” said Lewis-Hardy. “That part of the world is really unique, a terrific choice for a holiday that our agents can recommend with confidence. All of our hosts, including the hotels, were very gracious throughout the trip.”
