For a limited time, AmaWaterways is giving travel agents the means to earn Tour Conductor (TC) Credits on airfare and land packages through Dec. 31, 2022. The offering applies to certain dates for Europe and Mekong River voyages in 2023 and 2024, and will be available for all new group contracts signed for 10 or more guests (with deposits paid by the deadline).
The program permits the earning of unlimited TC Credits based on one TC for every nine full-paying guests reserved in each of the trip parts: river cruise, airfare and pre- and post-sailing shore packages. Such TC Credits can then be applied to the 10th guest or group leader.
Alternatively, the value of the TCs can be taken as a shared discount for all passengers or as a bonus commission.

Net TC Credit values are earned according to the average price paid for each trip component. Airfare TC Credit values are capped based on service class. Earned airfare and land package credits will be available after the group is paid in full, no sooner than 90 days before departure.
This offering is in addition to AmaWaterways’ other group cruise, land, air and insurance purchase commissions. Many departure dates are also eligible for Enhanced Group Benefits amounting to bigger savings and extra onboard amenities. Plus, for groups of 20 passengers or more, the line has optional special-interest tours that are commissionable at 10%.
When booking group travel with AmaWaterways, the line provides a dedicated group coordinator to handle everything from promo materials and special requests to private coach transport for groups of 35 or more.
