Tropical Villa Vacations, a Maui-based company specializing in luxury home and villa rentals, now offers its first villa equipped with 3D television, complete with 3D glasses for adults and children.
The three-bedroom four-bathroom luxury residence called Bella Luna features one of the first 3D televisions on Maui. Its great room features a 60-inch 3D super-thin LED HD television with unlimited programming from Netflix that can be directly downloaded via the HD BluRay DVD player. The system includes an iPod dock, wireless keyboard for Internet use of the television, surround sound speakers and a PlayStation 3 (with 3D capability to be added soon).
The newly-upgraded villa also features 55-60 inch super-thin LED HD televisions in the two master bedrooms, a fully-appointed gourmet kitchen, telescope for whale watching and a private oceanview terrace with gas barbecue grill.
Bella Luna is one of Tropical Villa Vacations’ exclusive collection of residences at Wailea Beach Villas, a beachfront residential villa resort comprised of 98 private residences set on 11 acres on Wailea Beach. Sixteen of the villas are privately managed by Tropical Villa Vacations. The gated resort community has manicured gardens, two heated swimming pools, two outdoor whirlpool spas, a fitness center, activity room, business center, beach services, pool attendants and 24-hour security.
Bella Luna accommodates up to six people. Summer rates (from July 12-Sept. 7) are $1,840 per night. Fall rates (Sept. 5-Dec. 17, excluding Thanksgiving) are $1,300 per night.
