The Natural Resources Committee of the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Osprey cruise on Lake Coeur d’Alene this July. Representatives from the Raptor Chapter, Idaho Fish & Game and The Nature Conservancy will provide commentary as the cruise views Osprey and their nests. Trained biologists will also attempt to band a nestling, viewable either from the top deck or at the lower level via television monitor. The cruise is scheduled for July 12 from 9 to 11 a.m. Boarding begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Boardwalk Marina Dock on the east side of the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Cost is $15 per person and children are free with an accompanied adult.
