Breckenridge Announces Spring Fever Festival

Breckenridge Ski Resort has announced the creation of its month-long spring festival to celebrate the last chance to enjoy the snow and sun. Spring Fever will feature a series of events both on the mountain and in town for clients to enjoy one of the best times of the year for skiing and riding. The resort is also offering a special lodging deal with rates starting at $99 per night and 40 percent off condominiums with its Spring Fever Room Night Special. The event will kick off during the first weekend of April and will end on April 24, the final operating day of the ski resort this season.

Some of the month-long Spring Fever events include live concerts, restaurant specials, singles events and chair lift deals. The Spring Fever Fashion Show at the Riverwalk Center takes place on Saturday, April 23 and Ripperoo’s Mascot Olympics as well as a huge Easter egg hunt will also occur throughout Easter weekend.

“We’re very excited to have seen how fast Spring Fever has already started spreading among our town and guests,” said Kieran Cain, director of marketing for the resort. “Over the last year, we’ve conducted some in-depth surveys of our guests, who let us know that our previous spring event, Spring Massive, was not resonating with them. Spring Fever gives us the chance to revamp our entire spring events schedule in a way to give our guests exactly what they are telling us they want to see in spring: great skiing, music, food and events for the entire family, in addition to the best snow conditions in the Rocky Mountain region.”
