The Ocean Lodge and the Inn at Cannon Beach, both owned by Escape Lodging Company, are encouraging clients to visit the resort town of Cannon Beach during the month of December by offering two value-added packages.
Clients who book the Culinary Escape package, available Sunday through Thursday nights, enjoy a three-course meal for $29 per person at Newmans at 988 restaurant. The eatery, which serves an a la carte menu as well as a chef’s prix fixe menu, was named Restaurant of the Year by the Daily Astorian in 2006.
With a package called Massage Your Body, Mind and Spirit, clients pay the reduced rate of $80 per hour for a treatment from Deborah Albrecht, who specializes in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic massage.
December room rates at the Ocean Lodge start at $149 per night during the midweek and $189 on the weekends. The Inn at Cannon Beach's December rates start at $99 and $120.
The Ocean Lodge, set right on the beach, provides a complimentary continental breakfast and home-baked cookies around the clock. The Inn at Cannon Beach is located one block off the ocean, and all rooms come with a free continental breakfast.
