Circus Circus in Las Vegas will welcome the opening of Rock and Rita’s in June, a new bar, dining and entertainment concept. The venue is will host a new level of interactive partying called “flair bartending,” a style of American bartending where world-ranked champion bartenders flip, juggle, spin, balance and pour drinks for a unique entertainment experience.
Master chef Alfonso Contrisciani will complete the experience, serving spectacular portions of America’s favorite classics and party foods, all with unique food presentation. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining, Rock & Rita’s will feature reasonably priced courses.
