The Heathman Hotel, Restaurant and Spa-Kirkland, the only independent, luxury hotel located in the city’s downtown core, joins the ranks of the nation’s premier properties by garnering the AAA Four Diamond Award.
Opened in October 2007, the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland was one of more than 60,000 lodgings and restaurants throughout North America evaluated by AAA professional inspectors. Less than four percent of evaluated properties met the rigorous standards to earn an AAA Four Diamond Award.
AAA’s Diamond Rating System is the only rating system that covers all of North America and one of only two that include physical, on- site evaluations. It is the only system that uses full-time, professionally trained evaluators to inspect each property on an annual basis using a set of guidelines that are made available to all establishments. AAA rates more properties than any other rating entity.
Like its award-winning sister location, the historic Heathman Hotel in Portland, Ore., the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland provides guests with a unique Northwest luxury experience.
