During Halekulani's annual Twelve Days of Christmas, hotel guests can take part in daily free delights. Festivities begin on Dec. 12 with an evening of live music in Halekulani's Lewers Lounge. Other special events include complimentary shave ice (snow cones) by the pool; cookie decorating and crafts with the help of Halekulani’s award-winning chefs; complimentary limousine transfers to and from Ala Moana Shopping Center; and a free holiday beverage for guests who check-in on Dec. 20. The cheer culminates on Dec. 24 with the arrival of Santa by outrigger canoe.
The Waikiki Parc, meanwhile, is celebrating what it calls Cool Christmas, a series of holiday programs from Dec. 16-25. Hotel guests can take part in daily activities and specials like a 10 percent discount at Nobu Waikiki restaurant; a reduced rate for nail services at SpaHalekulani; a bartending challenge; group tours of Waikiki led by Segway Hawaii; storytelling at the Parc Christmas tree followed by arts and crafts; and a dive-in movie on the eighth floor pool deck. On Dec. 25, an in-house Parc guest wins the grand prize of a Waikiki Parc package.
