On pace for an April 2009 opening, the Hyatt Place Poenix/Mesa hotel has reached the roof in its construction. This achievement marks the first major construction milestone for the 94,000-square-foot hotel.
“We’re extremely pleased with the construction pace, which means we’re right on schedule to introduce a brand new hotel concept – and the state’s first prototype Hyatt Place hotel – to Mesa area visitors,” said David Cornish, president of hotel operations, Wolf Urban Management, Inc.
Located in the Mesa Riverview Lifestyle Center, Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa will provide 152 guestrooms with nearby access to 170 acres of premium shopping, dining and entertainment.
In addition to Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa, Hyatt Place hotels are coming to Avondale, Ariz.; Gilbert, Ariz.; and Glendale, Ariz. Travelers can already experience Hyatt Place in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Tempe, Ariz.; Tucson and North Phoenix.
