Utah's Red Mountain Spa to present
"Harnessing the Power of Change"

Joan Lunden, the best-selling author, motivational speaker and former host of ABC’s “Good Morning America” is partnering with Red Mountain Resort & Spa and SpaFinder for a special retreat this fall. Located in St. George, Utah, Red Mountain Resort will hold the Harnessing the Power of Change retreat, featuring Joan Lunden, on October 18-21. The four-day event aims at helping guests reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually through an all-inclusive package.

The goal of Harnessing the Power of Change is to teach participants the art of living a more balanced life. And in doing so, the retreat will include a presentation and book signing by Joan Lunden; deluxe accommodations for three nights; a 50-minute Sagestone Swedish Massage; three nutritious meals per day; guided morning hikes in red rock country; unlimited fitness classes; healthy life classes at the Wellness Center and more.

Prices begin at $229 per person, per night, but are subject to change.
