Online ticket sales have started for Kaanapali Fresh, a new three-day summer event running from Aug. 31-Sept. 2, 2012, in Kaanapali Beach Resort on Maui.
Focusing on fine cuisine, unforgettable experiences and live entertainment, Kaanapali Fresh is a resort-wide effort to offer visitors opportunities to sample chefs’ menus, learn about grown-on-Maui farm products, savor the beauty of Kaanapali, play on the beach, listen to live music and enjoy the rich history of the land.
The entertainment line up includes the venerable jazz group Spyro Gyra and acclaimed Hawaii slack key guitarist, singer and composer Makana on Sept. 1. The best-selling alternative rock band Third Eye Blind performs on Sept. 2.
While the festival's small venues have been designed to create intimate and personal experiences, this also means that they fill up fast, so booking ahead is recommended.
All-inclusive early bird tickets, available until July 1, includes access to five events: a progressive dinner, Maui coffee tour, food and wine festival, Sunday brunch and Sunday evening concert, for $365 per person. There are only 150 tickets available at the early bird price.
