The new Koloa Landing Poipu Beach Wyndham Grand Resort is offering bonuses for travel agents who make bookings at the resort through June 30, 2011. Located on Kauai's south shore, the luxury coastal property is the first Wyndham Grand in Hawaii.
Agents booking a three night stay for their clients get a $40 bonus on top of their commission, with a four-night stay earning $55 and a five-night stay resulting in $70.
The resort offers one, two and three bedroom villas. Introductory nightly rates through June 30, 2011 start at $229 for one bedroom, $269 for two bedrooms and $299 for three bedrooms.
The $150 million project is set on 25 acres, with 85 residential-style villas boasting the largest square footage on the island. Accommodations feature indigenous hardwoods and natural stone flooring, state of the art technology and gourmet kitchens. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance, and the Kiahuna Golf Course is adjacent to the property.
