Pacific Edge Hotel, located in downtown Laguna Beach, Calif., is the newest addition to San Francisco-based boutique hotel group, Joie de Vivre Hotels. The 130-room property features upgraded guestrooms and suites overlooking the Pacific Ocean, as well as the Pacific Edge Villa, a 4,000-square-foot, private beachfront venue available for special business and event functions.
To commemorate its inception into Joie de Vivre Hotels, the hotel is offering a special room rate of $139 per night on Village View Rooms and a rate of $179 per night on Oceanfront Rooms through Dec. 31 for members of Joie de Vivre’s Joy of Life guest loyalty program.
In addition, the hotel is offering several value-added vacation packages throughout 2010 and into 2011. The Bedroom and Board Shorts package, available through Dec. 31, includes a pair of board shorts (up to a $50 value), one bar of surf wax and accommodations. Another, the Billabong Surf Experience package, which is available through March 31, 2011, includes room accommodations; a two-hour Billabong surf lesson for two; a bar of surf wax; a DVD of the surf film classic “Endless Summer;” a daily newspaper; complimentary morning coffee; and access to the Laguna Health Club.
