Luxe Hotels just announced an addition to their growing portfolio — The Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa in Dallas, Texas, managed by Cam Hospitality Management. The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa will be converted into a Luxe branded hotel and be renamed The Luxe Stoneleigh Dallas Hotel & Spa in the second quarter of 2012. This will be the first Luxe-branded hotel in Texas.
The property was recently ranked among the top five Dallas and Fort Worth hotels by U.S. News & World Report and underwent $36 million in renovations in order to meet Luxe Hotels’ standards. It now features complimentary wireless and high-speed Internet, flat-screen televisions and a penthouse suite with a private 590-square-foot rooftop terrace, music room, dining room and library. In addition to the penthouse, the hotel offers 170 other guestrooms redesigned by the interior design firm, Forrest Perkins.
“This addition underscores an incredible time in our organization’s history as we continue our expansion of branded properties,” said CEO Efrem Harkham.
Luxe Hotels is currently looking into possible future sites including New York, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, London and Paris, among others.
