In a city known for its rain, what better way to lift spirits than a Moisture Festival?
The aptly-named series of variety shows returns to Seattle for its eighth year with a rapid succession of acts and artists performing their routines accompanied by a live show band.
Aerialists, jugglers, comedians, dancers, rope acts, bubble acts, clowns, acrobats, can-can girls and more keep alive the tradition of vaudeville throughout the city.
The variety shows are appropriate for all ages and are held at four venues: Hale's Palladium, A Contemporary Theatre, Open Space and Georgetown Ballroom.
Dates for the festival are March 17-April 10, 2011.
