Amangani resort is introducing a new Wildlife Experience nature safari for its guest this summer through Aug. 31. The resort, which is located on the edge of Grand Teton National Park and some 60 miles from Yellowstone National Park in Jackson Hole, Wyo., is combining the new nature program with a four-night package.
The package include accommodations for four nights in a Superior Suite; daily continental breakfast; airport transfers; and a full-day, guided expedition through Jackson Hole Valley and Yellowstone National Park. Cost is $1,700 per person, based on double occupancy. Two children under the age of 12 can stay with their parents at no charge; breakfast, however, is an additional charge.
During the Wildlife Experience, guests are introduced to more than 300 species of birds and big game creatures, including moose, elk, bison, wolves and bears.
Amangani was the first Aman resort to open in North America in October 1998. The 40-suite resort is a 20-minute drive away from Jackson Hole Airport and each of its suites boasts views of the surrounding mountain and valley.
