The Northwest Flower and Garden Show takes place Feb. 23-27 at the Washington State Convention Center. During the event, top garden creators gather in Seattle to create 22 magnificent full-scale gardens according to the 2011 theme, Once Upon a 124-Spectacular Gardens with Stories to Tell.
The show also offers free demonstrations and seminars by three world-class gardeners, Dan Pearson, Nancy Goslee Power and Panayoti Kelaidis, who also review and judge the display gardens.
The show's new blog features stories from behind-the-scenes, provides news on gardening events and links to helpful resources.
Before Feb. 22, Early Bird tickets can be purchased for $16 per adult.
After Feb. 22, adult tickets are $20, youth (ages 12-17) are $5 and children (under 12) are free. Half-day, two-day and five-day tickets are also available.
