The Omni San Diego Hotel is offering both a holiday Stuff Your Stocking package and A Work of Art package through 2010.
Clients who book the Stuff Your Stocking package will receive a $99 per room, per night, rate, as well as a special offer to come back to the hotel in 2010 for the same rate. Additionally, guests will find personalized holiday stockings hanging in their room that include an exclusive book of discount vouchers valid at select stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Additional package options include A Home Away From Home amenity that allows guests to order a fully decorated Christmas tree to be delivered to their guestroom. (Trees must be ordered seven days in advance for an additional cost of $175.) Another added amenity includes Letters to the North Pole where a special note card and pen will be provided to children who wish to send their wish lists to Santa in the designated lobby mailbox. A special seasonal rate for a connecting or second room for additional savings is also available with the Stuff Your Stocking package.
The hotel’s A Work of Art package focuses on the work of internationally recognized American sculptor Alexander Calder, whose work is currently on display at The San Diego Museum of Art as part of the “Calder Jewelry” exhibition. This is first museum exhibition devoted exclusively to Calder’s distinctive body of jewelry work including necklaces, bracelets, pins, earrings and crowns. To celebrate this exhibit, the Omni San Diego Hotel is offering this package for local and out-of-town art and jewelry aficionados.
Omni San Diego Hotel’s A Work of Art package includes several additional amenities such as overnight accommodations; complimentary valet parking; admission for two to the Calder Jewelry exhibit; and a complimentary copy of Alexander Calder: “Calder.”
