The 2011 Santa Barbara International Film Festival will be held between Jan. 27 and Feb. 6. As part of California Restaurant Month, discounted Film Feast menus will be offered at 28 restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara, Calif. for this week.
Restaurant goers will be able to choose from three menus, a ‘short’ two-course menu, ‘feature’ three course menu or ‘epic’ four course menu. Local hotels will also be offering discounted ‘film sleeps’ packages for visitors to the film festival.
“Downtown will be abuzz throughout the ten-day event and the Film Feast prix-fixe dining program will feed into that energy,” said Kathy Janega-Dykes, CEO of the Santa Barbara Conference & Visitors Bureau and Film Commission. “Diners will be treated to people watching and star sightings in addition to the fabulous seasonal cuisine served by our restaurant community.”
