Seasonal Flights to Rio Sponsored by American Airlines

Starting Dec. 16, American Airlines will add a seasonal service three days a week between Dallas and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Flights use Boeing 767-300 aircraft, and the service will run through April 4, 2011. Service will recommence on June 9 through Aug. 22, 2011, and again starting on Nov. 22, 2011.

American Airlines has also announced a daily flight from New York to Rio de Janeiro starting on Nov. 18. Also commencing on Nov. 18, the carrier plans to add flights from Miami to Brasilia four days a week.
