The Amangani Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyo., debuts its new ski club |
The Amangani Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyo., is inviting guests to join its ski club and ride the slopes in style. Clients who wish to join the ski club must stay four or more nights at the snowy mountain resort, and ski club privileges include access to the resort’s ski lounge, two adult ski passes for three days of skiing, daily continental breakfast and complimentary airport transfers.
The Ski Lounge has easy access to some of North America’s most compelling ski terrain as well as providing ski-in/ski-out facilities, the services of a ski concierge, storage for ski equipment, boot dryers and an apres-ski hot toddy or hot chocolate.
Clients wanting to take a break from the slope can also plan to spend the day at the Winter Wildlife Safari, or they can discover the National Elk Refuge on cross-country skis or snowshoes. Clients can potentially spot wildlife during snowcat rides, or while dog-sledding, snowmobiling or partaking in sleigh rides.
Amangani is the first Aman property in North America and is set within a raw landscape of deep canyons and towering plateaus. The resort boasts 32 suites and was designed to blend into the natural landscape, built with materials and textures reflective of its surroundings.
Amangani Resort suite rates begin at $565 through Dec. 17 and from $725 from Jan. 4 to Feb. 10, 2010. A five-night minimum stay is required for bookings made between Dec. 18 and Jan. 3, 2010, and from Dec. 17, 2010 to Jan. 2, 2011.
The resort company is also offering a complimentary night at the company’s newest U.S. resort, Amangiri. The resort is located near Lake Powell in the desert terrain of Utah’s canyon country and just recently opened on Oct. 15.
