To kick off the new year, Talaris Conference Center is extending a 10 percent discount on its Complete Meeting Package for events and meetings of ten or more people. The new promotion is available for gatherings taking place during January, February and March of 2010.
“Our existing Complete Meeting Package rate is already an incredible value for groups, but with this new promotion in place, a planner would save nearly $150 on a 20-person retreat or meeting,” said Talaris Conference Center general manager Alan Stephens. “We see this as an ideal way to kick off the year with a special incentive for our guests to take advantage of all the amenities we offer.”
The Complete Meeting Package at Talaris Conference Center is regularly $74 per person and includes meeting space, a dedicated event planning manager, audiovisual package, wireless Internet access, continental breakfast, buffet luncheon, an afternoon break and complimentary parking. With the Celebrate 2010 promotion applied, the rate is $66.60 per person.
Talaris Conference Center is located on 18 acres near the University of Washington in Seattle. Along with meeting space, it offers 31 guest rooms equipped with all the necessities for the business traveler, including wireless high-speed Internet access and flat-screen televisions.
