Launched in mid-September, The Hotel Wilshire in Los Angeles has been designed to meet the demands of the quickly expanding mid-Wilshire area, which features a variety of sights and activities but few hotel offerings.
The 74-room boutique hotel property was designed by Killefer Flammang Architects and brought to life by the combined efforts of OSM Investment Company and Greystone Hotels.
Designed to appeal to both travelers and locals, the hotel also features a new eatery and hangout, The Roof on Wilshire. The Roof boasts 360-degree views of the Los Angeles skyline, and the distinction of being an Eric Greenspan creation. Greenspan is best known for his popular restaurant The Foundry on Melrose, and has brought his distinct style of innovative American cuisine to this new project.
The Hotel Wilshire also features the distinction of being LEED-certified for incorporating sustainable resources and green building materials.
