After four years of construction, Salt Lake City International Airport’s six-mile TRAX Green Line extension is ready for use. An extension of the TRAX Green Line that runs between West Valley City and into downtown Salt Lake City, the route makes six total stops, including the bridge at 500 W. North Temple where travelers can transfer to the FrontRunner train, the Utah State Fairpark, the Jordan River Trail and other businesses. The line ends near Salt Lake City International Airport’s Terminal One.
With an expected 4,500 riders per day, the line will open on the weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., running every 15 minutes. On Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m, it will run every 20 minutes.
