Looking for a little adventure this summer? Western River Expeditions offers families six different itineraries in Moab, Utah, that highlight the rugged, red wonders of Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and the breathtaking forest of La Sal Mountains. Rafting excursions range from one to four days in length and follow either the Colorado or Green River.
Rafters will be able to battle thrilling whitewater rapids as well as enjoy the scenery from the comfort of Western’s J-Rig raft. At night, guests sleep outdoors under the stars in roomy tents.
Rates begin at $169 per person for the one-day Westwater Canyon Trip. For a longer four-day Cataract Canyon Rafting Trip rates start at $1,235 per adult and $995 per child, ages 10 to 15. All rates include meals, camping gear and flights.
