Employee-owned travel management company TravelStore has promoted Osvaldo Ramos to CEO. Ramos, who has been with the company for 26 years, most recently served as chief financial officer. Additionally, Brian Crawford, who has been with the company for 25 years and most recently served as senior vice president of IT, was promoted to chief operating officer, with oversight of IT, MIS and corporate client services.
