Guests can expect contemporary-style guestrooms with a relaxing atmosphere and Mexican flair. All rooms feature private terraces with ocean views and are furnished with kitchenettes, sofa beds, desks, flat-screen televisions, high-speed Internet access and spa tubs. One- and two-bedroom suites also offer living rooms, separate bathtubs and showers, fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and utensils, plus washers/dryers. There will also be three 1,600-square-foot two-bedroom penthouses with oversize terraces, patio whirlpools, exterior living rooms under a trellis and extensive areas for sunbathing.
Mexican and international cuisine is currently available at the resort's two full-service restaurants, La Casona and Zama, and guests can take advantage of two pools, one of which is for adults only with a pool butler, four Jacuzzis and an activities center. For spa-lovers, two massage huts are located near the pool area.
Phase Two of the multiphase project is scheduled to be completed in August 2011. All phases are scheduled to be completed by December 2011.
