Austin Adventures is offering a once-in-a-lifetime, all-inclusive itinerary: Gorilla Tracking in the Congo. The weeklong tour, which has multiple departures throughout the year, begins at $7,398 per person.
Guests will spend two full days tracking and observing a group of western lowland gorillas under the supervision of a guide and local tracker. Clients will also cruise up the Lekoli River, set off on a safari in search of red river hogs and buffalo and trek deep into the Marantaceae forest to spot forest duikers, elephants and chimpanzees.
