To further the company’s commitment to its Partners First philosophy, Norwegian Cruise Line has launched “Ask Away,” a live, video-based program that gives travel partners the opportunity to converse with Norwegian executives Andy Stuart and Camille Olivere.
The “Ask Away” series will take place monthly, and Norwegian emphasizes that no question is off limits. Stuart and Olivere will welcome any and all inquiries related to sales, service, the onboard experience, company goals and more.
“We have made great strides as a company over the past five years, especially when it comes to travel partner engagement,” said Andy Stuart, executive vice president of global sales and passenger services. “But, when we go on the road and speak to partners, we still hear that many continue to have an old view of our company. We want all of our partners to know that we are committed to them and are continuously looking for ways to improve. So, I invite all of our partners to join us for ‘Ask Away’ and truly feel comfortable asking anything. Our answers will be honest, open and straightforward.”
All “Ask Away” sessions take place live so that viewers are able to watch as each question is being answered. Each session will be hosted by a third party moderator so that participants feel comfortable asking questions about any issue they are interested in learning more about.
“In the past, we have typically received more than 500 questions at the end of every webinar but do not have time to answer them all,” said Olivere, senior vice president of sales, Americas. “With ‘Ask Away,’ we have an opportunity to answer them all transparently — live, on video.”
All questions and responses from the monthly “Ask Away” chats will be archived and available as a reference in Norwegian’s Marketing Headquarters.
