The main deck of the classy Navatek features an American-themed buffet (think country-fried chicken, corn on the cob and warm apple pie squares, for starters) from $93-$134 per person. Clients who upgrade to the upper deck enjoy an elegant five-course dinner highlighted by steamed lobster, beef tenderloin and chocolate mousse cake ($110-$164).
The crew passes out glow necklaces at sunset, and when it’s time for Waikiki’s fireworks show, the sleek ship provides memorable views of the spectacle from sea.
